Pada entri yang baru lagi terbaru ini terdapat banyak gambar-gambar yang telah diambil sekitar 2 minggu lepas cuma masa dan keadaan sahaja yang tidak mengizinkan untuk meng'update'. Disini snowy nak berborak sedikit tentang my hubby dan hobi.
(selalu sangat dengan acara memasak so kita tukar angin sikit untuk hari ini k ! )
Bukan apa, manusia ni memang tak lari dari melayan hobi, lebih-lebih lagi hobi yang diumpamakan seperti darah yang mengalir ke badan!( huhu..klas you ! ).. so tak sah lah kan kalau tak dilayan, betul tak ? 
Seperti juga sang hubby yang satu ini bila pulang saja ke tanahair inilah perkara yang "digiankan" ! hehe.  apalagi kalau bukan beramas mesra dengan laut !.Untuk melepaskan gian memancing bukan hanya cukup sehari tapi "hari-hari" pun tak jelak ! Bukan lah besar mana laut tu tidak lah seperti yang ada di negara jiran tetangga tapi dekat tempat kami pun terkenal dengan laut cp-cp !
Rata-rata banyak juga tempat-tempat yang menarik untuk memancing, cuma again, I repeat ! Cuma yang benar-benar arif tentang laut sahaja yang dapat membolos..walhasil banyak lah tangkapan yang akan dibawa pulang!. Begitu juga keluarga si hubby memang rata-rata semuanya suka turun ke laut sebut saja tangkapan apa dan jenisnya..well they will tell you in details, experts ya know!
Pemancing harus mempunyai sikap sabar setiap kali turun kelaut.. whatever comes adalah "cubaan". Pepatah ada mengatakan "berbudi pada tanah dan laut akan diganjarkan dengan ganjaran yang setimpal".like giving and take no!..Jadi sama-samalah kita menjaga kebersihan laut serta seisi alam ciptaan Ilahi...Ok back to the story...
Banyaknya tangkapan itulah rezeki dari situ lah juga punca mata pencarian mereka biar pun hanya mendapat seekor bilis .Bayangkan ditempat snowy ni, memang ramai yang turun kelaut hanya bila hujung minggu untuk bermandi-manda dan kebanyak rumah-rumah kampung sekitar lautan telah lama dirobohkan..ikan pun dah berpindah-randah..tangkapan semakin menipis. So yang ada sekarang hanya lah tapak nya sahaja. Tapi kalau nak tahu ada ikan atau tidak cuba lah campakkan joran tu! Untung-untung ada rezeki mesti kena makan! Like wise selagi ada joran, jala dan perkakas menangkap ketam dan sebagainya selagi itu lah ada sang nelayan moden !
Pemancing ni ada semacam habit atau tradisi, pantang mulut menyebut, sebelah barat, timur, utara dan jauh mana tempat mereka mesti nak try jugak pergi memancing ditempat yang disebutkan! nak pergi! nak pergi jugak mancing ! macam budak-budak lagak nya yek!..Yang ada tu sampai berkempen no! Ok dokie..Itu baru bab mancing belum bab hobi snowy !..Kalau dah menjahit baju sampai tak ingat makan you! Terlalu asyik dan sang hubby lah peneman snowy bila menjahit hingga larut malam! 
** Alrighty.. disini snowy ada sertakan beberapa keping gambar Jalan-Jalan Cari Makan sekitar laut dan pantai hasil dari petikan anak gadis snowy guna pun kamera cap hamster jek, so ok-ok lah gak yek!!!

** Setelah penat memancing dan menjala ikan hubby masuk semak ! cari rezeki untuk suapan!!

Ceritanya tidak berhenti disini sahaja sebab ada 1 lagi projek runaway "harus" difikirkan bila sampai kerumah nanti...bersama Apron dan senduk.Opps! and one more thing is cuci my car_baby..baby_car!! DAHHH!!

BUAH ROTAN ( projek raya snowy !)

B.U.A.H R.O.T.A.N S.N.O.W.Y !
Salam semua .. entri terbaru dari snowy adalah dari sejenis makanan ringan atau dikenali sebagai "cemilan". Walaupun tak ada rupa atau tidak sekalipun menggunakan bahan-bahan yang " GAH " tapi ianya jelas tampak asli dari sifat bentuk , kemanisan yang bersesuaian dinikmati oleh sekelian pelusuk tua atau muda.. kiut-miut dengan warna keemasan yang pasti ianya gerenti habis dulu dari sekelian kuih yang ada! haha! Hu huuu panjang lebar mukadimah Kuih Buah Rotan kita yek!!! . Sebenarnya this is my 1st top raya list tau dan snowy rancang nak buat untuk projek raya for trial kononnya! Itu yang sibuk beli tepung dan lenguh menggentel dekat 1 jam lebih !
Yuk kita cerita serba sedikit tentang kuih atau terkenal dengan sebutan biskut buah rotan ala-ala rangup dan nescaya you and I tak akan jelak! Cemilan ini bukan lah yang terbaru dimuka bumi ini paling tidak ianya telah dikenali seawal 60,70,80'an ( zaman mak-bapak kita no ! ). Teringat snowy pada awalan tahun 70'an, waktu tu snowy masih kecil lagi dan bila tiba raya cemilan sebegini yang snowy kejar ! huhu .. KRUP KRUPPP !
Buah Rotan atau dikenali dengan nama " Ciputan " memang paling laris bila tiba musim Raya dan paling tidak surirumah akan membeli beberapa paket sebelumnya dan tak kurang yang arif dalam bidang permakanan mereka akan membuat sendiri sampai bertin-tin no ! ( kalau tak caya tanya mak semah, mak esah lebih lagi si joyah sebelah tu ! ) huhu !
Walau apa-pun bagi snowy buat sendiri lebih baik, positifnya kita boleh jimat kos lebih-lebih lagi musim Raya yang akan tiba sebulan 2 lagi ..( hehe poser dulu no ! ). So al-kisah benda nie lah yang nak dijadikan projek raya snowy. Rancangnya snowy nak buat lebih sikit dan boleh dibahagi-bahagikan pada adik ipar, tetangga dan most important is my famili .. dan selebihnya snowy buat lah untuk makan sendiri.Yelahkan anak-anak dah besau panjang hubby pulak sibuk belayar nun jauh disana tu!  ..so kita disini menggentel lah sampai jelak yek ! kekeke ..

NASI GORENG SERIBU KEMESRAAN !
Goodday All ! Well..what can you expect more and why i'm here for ? hehe
The main reason , reason and reason is about FOOD !
Again we people loves food and it's a must to have something to accomplish in our daily life respectfully expecially in the morning . Remember , eat only when you feel hungry but do not live for food ya know !
Okay , some people may choose a simple meal , lightly but not a heavy breakfast , lunch and so on but some may be a lil choosy in terms of choosing the right food for their body . ( like me ?) hehe !
Just imagine without taking any breakfast means your body will have lesser strength , hardly to move about , cannot think well and less focus too .
Enough of the story-morry ! @nd let us start to business .
Here , as you can see I've prepared a very simple breakfast called ...............
" NASI GORENG SERIBU KEMESRAAN " or " THOUSAND INTIMATES FRIED RICE " ??
( haha that sounded horrible ! )
Anyway don't bother about the names call as long it looks great to your eyes so as to my 3 beautiful girls , spicious and temptinous in sense of taste too .
Walla drooling  Well actually my girls wouldn't get bored when eating the same dish and it's funny too as they have this in thoughts whenever talking about hot and spicy food ..............
" mama's fried rice is the best ever and we wouldn't mind if you cook it everyday for us but must be real red in colour ! " does that make sense to you ?
NO , NO that weird !
SO you out there .. believe it or not do come and sample it together with a lil DOA 's- BISMILLAH..

My Chocolate Birthday Cake .

Somewhere in mid of March ..
CHOCOLATE CAKE
Anyone here who dare to bake their own birthday cakes ? Haha Jk ! JK ! Well , that wasn't the main topic but who cares and many dares to bake 1 cuz we can find lots of mummies who has the couraged and they're not lack of skills to bake their own birthday cake which not for themself but for others who had a great connection like families , hubby's , son - daughter , relatives , neighbours and also their good friends .
I predict that many of us does and would do anything just to make the day happening !
And as for myself , I do baked my own birthday cake which I consider a toughest ever but with skills then why not and I just go for it .
The 1 i made is so called a Chocolate Cake with lesser sugar taste cuz I've reduced it to few numbers as doctor's advised .
* fyi.. this entries and few more is based on my schedule life . But as in the date , day or time it happened may not in order on the same day date cuz I jump it . thank you

My new entries is about my favourite snack called curry puff a.k.a epok-epok which can be eaten at anytime , either on hot or cold weather would be the best . It has a great taste with a lil blend of hot and spicy potatoes fillings and some would choose tuna fillings for substitute . Mostly it been served during breakfast or tea time and it could be found at any occasions and at malay stalls .
This has also been recognised as our families bestest snack mostly him , my dearest hubby . Well he just got back home from offshores so it's the right time for him to enjoy with us around and 1 more thing is
home cook is always the right choice , you betcha !

Mother's Day Menu !

Here and again we met in my humble blogs and i wanna blow a nice warmth wish to every mother's in the world " A Happy Mother's Day " which was held somewhere last weekend on the 10th of May' 09 .
Eventually there's lots of events been held in my country but for me the happiest day still comes yearly , as it passes by and soon over as the night falls . For real i don't have the ability to move around . Meaning ? My health still doesn't permit me cuz of the surgery that i've gone through 2 weeks ago and here i'm still resting and of cuz on the day itself i've specially prepared a nice simple dish which i think every mother has ever cook this , Nasi Buah & Ayam Merah .
Sounds nice but really i myself couldn't take it nomore cuz of the looks had me tempted .. walla ..with a nice aroma whereas nobody could stand it and i quickly fill up my plate with rice and chicken , enjoys ! haha !

Hello to all out there and it's been awhile since my last posting on the 15 April 2008 ?
My Oh My ! That was so long ago , am I already drifted from this ?
Hopefully not ! As I mentioned earlier it's been awhile and how am I not thinking about this webpage ? Well , most likely I couldn't bother ( hehe !).. no lah ...actually my time been set to 1 of my favourite commitment which is learning driving and guess what ?
HuHu I'm now a qualified driver (+ - ) and hello it's already 6 months ever since I gotted my driving card and own us ( me and hubby ) a family car !
I'm loving it and to my loving hubby ," Thank You So Much " for giving me a car , nice though and we ride all day ( like no 1 care ! ) going to the east , south , west and back to our home in northern part .  It also makes my life more busy never I expected that , even I'm just a home maker !
This is what my hubby said " darling , you need to practice more on new car , you've been engaged by me to be my driver , you know that !?! ...
Very funny huh ? And listen here my dearest hubby , I need an increment for new job , hope you don't forget that !
well , well , well , honey ... get the things done and I will pay you , satisfied huh ?
